Privacy Policy

Solo Trade Office is a small business that sells downloadable templates. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Email address, if you sign up for the free checklist or our email list. We use it to send what you asked for and occasional practical tips and product news. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Purchase information. Purchases are handled by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data. Our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data like IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver products, provide support and refunds, send emails you signed up for, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: payment and checkout (Lemon Squeezy), website hosting (Cloudflare), and our email provider once connected. They may only use it to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Our legal basis for processing is to perform our contract with you (orders), your consent (email list), and our legitimate interests (running and securing the site). Children

This site is for adults running businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
