Solo Trade Office sells business templates only: spreadsheets, forms, checklists, and message scripts about pricing, paperwork, and customer communication. Nothing on this site or in our products is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or electrical/building code advice, and none of it tells you how to do technical work. Laws on contracts, deposits, change orders, late fees, liens, licensing, permits, and sales tax vary by state and city. You are responsible for checking your local rules and consulting a qualified professional before relying on any template. Sample numbers are illustrations, not market rates or promises of results.

License

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use and edit the templates in your own business, including sending completed forms and quotes to your customers. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the templates themselves, free or paid.

Purchases

Checkout, payment, and sales tax are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and its terms also apply to your purchase. Products are digital downloads delivered right after payment.

Refunds

If a product doesn't help you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

No guarantees

Products are provided "as is." We do our best to keep them accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee any particular business result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
